In July 2008 Anytime Yardcare announced the creation of their first website. The website was meant to be a tool for current and potential lawn care customers. The website offered information regarding services that were offered by Anytime Yardcare. The site also had a free landscape estimate form that allowed both current customers as well as potential customers to submit a request for yard care services. The website was an instant hit! There were thousands of hits just in the first two months.As the time went on, we received very valuable feedback from our customers. They had great ideas about how to enhance the site and make it more user-friendly. Part of Anytime Yardcare's mission statement is "Our mission is to ensure the longevity of our company firstly, through repeat and referral business earned by customer satisfaction in all areas including, timeliness, attention to detail, and effective customer communication…" In an effort to live by its mission statement, Anytime Yardcare decided to take the customer feedback and completely redesign their website. The new landscape site is much more appealing to the eye. Countless hours went into creating individual web pages that had more specific information both about the company and about the landscape maintenance and landscape construction services that the company offers. There is a brand new section called "Resources" that gives valuable yard care information as well as a Landscape FAQ. Anytime Yardcare will add additional questions to the FAQ as they come in from their clients. One of the major additions to the site is the Gallery section. Each time a job is finished Anytime Yardcare will post images in the Gallery pages so that current and potential clients can see the type of customer satisfaction that is being earned by the employees' hard work and attention to detail. There is one section of the site that will be launched in November 2008. This is an area that is being over-hauled right now and will contain lots of benefits to current yard care customers. The "Customers" section will include information specifically targeted towards Anytime Yardcare's customers. There will be special landscape specials given to current clients, as well as referral bonuses for referrals given by current customers. This section will also contain an area where customers can log in to a secure area and view all past and current invoices. They can then pay directly from their account. This section is being created after many requests from customers to be able to pay for their account online. This will enable customers to help the environment by not receiving paper statements, to better manage their account and balances, be able to stay on top of their finances by paying invoices by the due dates.Anytime Yardcare invites everyone to come and have a look at the site at http://www.anytimeyards.com.
